Plastic covers for windshield wipers

On my 93 L300 Exceed I noticed that the plastic cover for my drivers side front windshield wiper is missing. It covers the bolt that attaches the wiper to the front hood. I went to my local body shop and they suggested checking at a junk yard and trying to find one that is similar on another vehicle. I am concerned about the bolt continuing to rust as it is exposed to the elements. They also suggested I could paint it black.
I did several searches but was unable to find a thread related to this topic, could someone point it out it me if there is one?
If there isn't one I have the following questions.
Has anyone found a cover from another vehicle that fits?
Are there any available for sale new that might come in cool colours or with some cool bling effect? (I can't help it, I am always distracted by shiny new toys.)
