Headlight bulbs

Anyone replaced their headlight (low beam) "bulbs"? Mine seem to have both gone on the fritz this last week. Not totally certain there isn't more involved as the daytime running lights have also ceased to operate.
Anyone have any ideas on the daytime running lights - and where would I go to pick up new "bulbs"? HID sounds like fun.

I did mine last week, with a few helpful phone calls to ccauto. The bulbs I used are H3-55 and they cost $7.50 for the pair at Lordco.

While you have the headlight pods out you may as well change out your high beams too if they are still the originals. The number is H1-55 for the high, and H3-55 for the low.

We are starting to find problems with the bulbs coming in the replacement E-code headlamps especially in the low beam bulbs that quite often function as DRL`s . After several customers complaining of low beam bulb failure we are now replacing all bulbs with GE bulb replacements . We have put the failures down to transit vibrations in the lamps being shipped from abroad . Anyone who has purchased a van from us and has problems with their headlamp bulbs will be supplied new bulbs at no cost .
