FM BAND EXPANDER

So I was looking at Delica stuff online and I came across this FM Band Expander.

Japan is from 76MHz to 90MHz
We are from 88MHz to 108MHz

For the few bucks it would have cost to purchase and ship here I would have liked to try this out.
Just so I can play with the karaoke system. :-)

Anyone using this device?

As the general consensus appears to be that I do not know what I'm talking about, and cause more harm than good, I am removing this post so that others are not tricked in to following my ill-advised instructions.
