Delica Canada | Mitsubishi Van Club

I'm thinking of importing a 1992 Delica Super Exceed into BC. I am looking for advice, specifically regarding the provincial inspection. How difficult is it to get this vehicle up to D.O.T. standards now, and who will do inspection in the lower mainland. I have previously imported an S-Cargo and a Prado but my inspection facility that I used previously is no longer.
