Hey Everyone,

I just got a new windshield installed and they didn't put the defroster strip back on, is it possible to get one still?? if so where from, and also the trim around the windshield as they were supposed to get that too as the rock dented it too but they didn't then they drained my battery and must have had to jump start it to get it out of the shop but didn't tell me this as when I went to leave my battery's were dead and he came out to jump it he said " I was wondering why you have to batteries"..........and he broke the clip that holds the trim on and I asked them where it was and then he said "oh I forgot to put it back in" then he went to put it back in and said oh it broke again I guess the glue didn't work.........arg!! This was at all west glass but after I went to crystal glass and it took them three weeks to tell me they could not get it even though I gave the Mardy's and Japanoids info.... but hey I got a new windshield! lol

but that’s my luck.......

Anyhow so I need the defroster strip..Trim clip...and windshield trim....

I would ask them, what if I forgot to pay you?

Tell us where those clowns shop located, just to avoid them...

I'll be sure to avoid that location.... going to be in need of a new windshield next spring for sure. I've got a crack clear across the width from pillar to pillar. Luckily it stays with 3" of the bottom of the windshield all the way across and hasn't meandered north yet.

By the way, Hi there fellow PG Pajero Owner! :-)
