Hey everyone,

I'm a new member here. I've been seeing many Delica's on the streets and would really like to pick one up sometime.

Are there any Calgary members that would like to show me around their Delica's and give me a brief hands on tutorial? I don't need to drive it but I'd just like to see it, learn about it, talk about problems and issues and learn about ownership.

Not a problem... where in Calgary are you located? Another good way would be to have a Deli-meat in the week next week... that way you can get a feel for L400's and L300's. Any takers?

Glad to let you have a look over, around and through my bus. It's not the shineyest member of the group, but it's my daily driver, and weekend hauler, so nothing is hidden. I may be upgrading soon, so it may be coming up for sale if you are interested. Just send me a PM and we can get together.

I would love to attend a get-together if one was coming up soon. That would be an awesome chance to get to know some of the owners, learn about the vehicles and learn about buying one.

I'm in the Marda Loop area but my weekends are usually not too busy so I could go wherever. Maybe in a couple weekends from now. I'll be out of town next weekend (most likely) taking my brother to university.

I had previously wanted an L300 Super Exceed but I saw this L400 Space Gear posted on autotrader and it looks very nice. I haven't contacted them to see if it is available.

Only had my deli for a couple weeks and interested in seeing how others have customized their rides.
Would also be great to meet other delica drivers in town!

Sounds like we have the makings of a get-together coming up... am heading out of town this weekend and running around tonight pre-flight,but perhaps myself or someone else can post an official Deli-meat invite - perhaps I will do it right now... Erebus usually has a good list of all the local owners to so hopefully he is around town.

CalgaryHHR... my office is on the Curry Barracks and I am there during the week (except this Monday). If you want a preview, I would be glad to show you my L300 low-roof. You can PM me or note it here if you like.

300's and 400's are quite different in a lot of ways... a meet-and-greet is a good way to look at these things side-by-side and get first-hand knowledge from owners.

I'd be glad to show people my Delica (L300). As you can see from my current .sig photo, I have a rather large rack. Also have done some mods inside. I'm quite free until I start school on 7 September, then I'll be busy weekdays. I live in the Chinook Mall area, glad to meet up any convenient place/time (except tomorrow Sat 27th). Just PM or e-mail me with contact info.

I am new here and am contemplating a Delica purchse as well, an L300. Haven't made the final decision yet, but would be very interested to meet up and chat with any Delica owners who are willing to show me around their rig. I'll buy the coffee, just let me know when and where. I'll be in town the oct 28th to Nov 6 ish.
