Parking mirror now works!

As those of us who have a Pajero with the hood mirror know, it's pretty much useless to use. That's because it's a parking mirror used to look at the curb, it's not a rear-view mirror for looking behind you.
This is wonderful if you're driving in a left-side-of-the-road country: it makes parallel parking a cinch. We should have them here (on the right, on LHD cars).
But in a right-side-of-the-road country, the driver would be better served if the mirror could look at the blind spot on the left of the vehicle. Only trouble is, it doesn't adjust upwards to allow for this.
