Rear ended funny

Driving northbound on hwy 1 in stop and go traffic, I was rear ended by a new mazda 5 car.
I was rear ended in an L300 like this but the L300 tin-like rear end took a hefty $2,700 at a frame shop to fix. That stint is what made me fab a solid steel rear bumper for our L300 so it wouldn't happen again.
I officially feel like I'm driving a tank now.
I was driving the Nissan Safari and didn't feel a thing. I pulled over after I looked in my rearview mirror. The entire front end of the mazda was crushed into the engine bay and the hood folded half way up the windshield.
Nissan Safari. No damage.
Everyone was fine but shocked at the zero damage on my rig and the massive damage on the Mazda.
