I didn't know that CAVI had gotten a bill in the works to open up the import vehicle market. For those of you who want something newer, this is one to get your MP to support:http://forum.ivoac.ca/showthread.php?t=3716

I've posted links in the same thread to the CAVI presentation to the Senate committee and the background info on the bill.

No wonder CADA is so nervous about the import market - in a few years we could get BRAND NEW cars from practically anywhere in the world.
