LHD Delica panel for sale?

I was wondering if there would be a market for something like this. It is a LHD 2WD US spec van. It had a low mile gas engine that I am pulling out to use in my paseenger van. It has 160,xxx miles. The previous owner started sanding and doing a little body work so it has some surface rust here and there, has a little rust in the front floor area but nothing major or all the way through. Needs a windshield, left side headlight trim, right side front turn signal/marker light, and engine. I have driven it around some and it drives well, the transmission shifts good, and everything seems to work. I may or may not keep the tranny. I am currently working on a title. I've been a little torn about parting it out but couldn't pass up the engine and really want my van back on the road. If it is not marketable I may part it out or keep a few things and scrap the shell. It would make a good parts or junk hauler or possible camper, diesel, or 4WD conversion? I don't think there would be much market for it here in Washington. Just wondering if it is worth listing when I'm done with it.
