Good morning guys!
Was wandering if all the Deli look like this, with 2 smaller radiators. I suspect one to be for the oil and not sure for the other one. I do have a question for those that have experience driving your delica in very cold temp. Would it be possible to put something underneath to block much of the cold air coming inside and also to keep the radiator warmer (water coolant)?

The one on the "port" or left side of your van is the main condenser for the A/C, the one on the "starboard" or right side of the vehicle is for the automatic transmission fluid. The oil rad is up under the bambie bar shoud. Where are your front skids?
Here is a picture from under the Miss Lil' Bitchi's front skirt, note the fancy lace lingerie...

Looks like his automatic transmission rad has been modified and inset an inch or so. That doesn't look like stock pipework.
The air conditioning condensor looks similarly inset.
I'm told its fairly easy to do this you can change or shape the plumbing.
People do this on automatic/a/c-equipped models to delete the steps.

Only automatic Delis look like that. Manuals have slightly different skid plates as well no radiator for the transmission.
You would need something to remove quickly as you don't want to block cold air to the radiator if not really necessary.
Falco, all standard stock skid plates are there.

The skids, not the skid plates. The piping that not only protect the right and left rads but also does things like move deep snow out of the way of the front wheels giving them a chance to work in less snow and also allow one to skid onto a step so the wheel can actually bite into and climb. The skids even out at axle level as any rubber above the axle is only good for feeding what is below the axle, which is what does the work.
The reason I used the terms "port (left)" and "starboard (right)" was to establish which side of the vehicle. If I only used "left" then would I mean the left side of the vehicle as I look at it or from the driver's seat. I mean I could have used "dexter" and "sinister" and if you were a knight or an herald you would understand me. Or ~ there is always "stage left" and "stage right" for all you thespians out there.

Alright, just got back into civilization... and I did not meant to start a debate on language here hehehe sorry about all this.
What I did is just put a small cardboard piece with ducktape over the 3 inch air trap to the radiator. It was a bit warmer, not much, but I will take what I can!
So I was looking again underneath today and had no idea what Falco was talking about the skid... but after reading your post, I guess everything is there.
