Radio rebooting and Lost Head Light

Hi Everyone! :M

I have an interesting dilemma:

When I have my iPod connects to the radio + I use my high beams at night, when I switch back on low beam, my radio reboot.

Or when I just use the low beam, my left front headlight just turn off.

I asked Butch to give a look at my alternator since a couple peoples told me it might be it. But it seams to be working just fine.

Also I have HID headlights conversion.

Do you have an idea what can cause at least the headlight to turn off and how to fix it?

Thank for you suggestion

  • Daytime-running-light module (poor installation)
Steering column switch (burned out or burning out from too much current due to HID conversion)
Poor wiring of after-market radio (usually power, accessory and/or antenna get mixed up)
Your described symptoms match these three problems: you should examine them all.

clean your battery terminals and where the fuseable links attach. Mine does it too when the terminals get lose on one of my two batteries,
