Windshield claims anyone?

Actually side glass claim. Got off my bus commute to drive home and my sliding door glass is shattered - nice! So...
Anyone done a winshield claim? Was it straight fwd?

Forget the claim - big thank you to ccauto for the window and John (Rocky Mountain) for the "overseas" shipping. Much appreciated guys!
