The head gasket set is 3X more $$ then the complete engine set?
Also, it would be better to select Delica then model then category of parts. So if you want to look at engine then chassis you do not have to pick the model again.
Cheers

I'll stick to the suppliers/sellers that make helpful comments on this forum. Good reputations, know what they are selling and why and, oh yah, the price...way better!

I am editing my initial response.
I'm gonna say that the cheapest guys usually maintain their prices by lacking in other areas. But the most expensive guys better be so above par that I can't help but buy from them. This means outstanding service and no problems returning wrong parts etc. Outstanding service, among other things, means that I can get a hold of the retailer within a day and have parts on the way the next day. A pleasant voice on the phone that treats me with respect. Quick response to queries. The best parts available. No situations where I have to push my point to get service or return stuff.
I do pay a premium for things if it's earned. So I guess I'll wait and see.
Best wishes on your business,
Erik

Wow there is some honest feedback for these guys! Don't hold back to a new business delica.ca community...a few years ago everyone would be very excited about this type of business opening up.

Mark,
I can't really tell if your tongue is in your cheek or not. However, having started a few business' myself over the years, potential customer feedback is important, especially in what is a niche market. You may not like what you hear, but if the business is to survive and grow, it has to compete at some level. In this case, it seems that the prices are significantly higher than alternative sources or there has been some mistakes made in pricing. The new business will have to continually reevaluate its business model and make adjustments if necessary, either by sourcing differently or evaluating its margins. Just because it is new, does not mean it is an automatic success. I too hope that this new business will become a success and feedback will be an important part of that success. The more sources of parts for our vehicles is a good thing but it cannot expect its potential clients to automatically switch their buying just because it is new.
JMHO

I just do not understand how the complete gasket set for an engine is 1/3 the price of the cylinder head gasket alone. A full engine set would include the head gaskets kit plus the rest of the motor.
Just confused me. Quality could explain the difference, but there is no indication of that on the site. As a potential customer I would like to know this information.
Cheers

Question for anyone:
Would the Pajero Haynes manual shown be useful for a Delica?

After searching they're site for a while i managed to find out that they're based in ontario i think. So probably makes this all irrelevant for 90% of us that live in the west. Maybe people have more money out there...
