you mentioned [i]ignition [/i]pump - I am referring to the [i]fuel/injector pump unit[/i]. are we talking about the same thing?

The quote from Glenn at CCC was anywhere from $900-$1300 for the rebuild (depending on the condition of the pump)plus 4-5 hours labor.

I am having the same dilemma. Fuel is leaking, either put in a rebuild pump for about $1400.00 of go for changing a gasket and see what happens?? Anyone else have recommendations?

topped it up with fluid but the brake pedal still bottoms out :(

I must be blind, but i can't see the brake fluid resevoir . . . can someone illuminate me? My light has been on for a bit and my brakes have bottomed out within a very short time. Wondering if it is just the fluid?

I was thinking sometime in March/April but would need to confirm things with Joe and his schedule. I sent him a message today due to the interest generated (5 people, 6 including me) in less than 24 hours.

Good to hear about some initial interest so soon! I wouldn't have the exact cost yet, but a flight from TO to Victoria is normally around the 5-6 hundred dollar range. So the more people the less it would cost. If I am relocated in Victoria by the time I fly him out I can certainly billet some folks...

Thanks for the interest and information. I am mostly on the Coast, but am trying to relocate to Victoria. Once there, I think a coop would be a good idea. Until then I will need to make my own fuel. I'll keep u posted when Joe comes out.

Anyone know where to pick up an awning on Vancouver Island that is compatable for the Delis? Can you use the same ones that are used on the VW Campervans?
