Mitshubishi dealership - JDM cars?
I've been to Langley Mitsubishi with my pajero and the manager actually had a swb pajero himself. They attempted to help me but could not find any parts that would work for my pajero because even if I looking for interchangeable parts from the montero. They couldn't even get their hands on that so i...

Canada 15 year import review?
The government keeps these rules not due to safety but rather to limit the amount of cars coming in to the country because domestic car manufactures want us to buy their $hit which is not what people are after but instead what they can mass produce cheapest and make the most profit from

Canada 15 year import review?

Would it not be better to reduce the import rule to 10 years because after all an older vehicle may have more rust or structural damage than a newer one. Another fact about right hand drives is that most of the people who buy...

Pajero batteries keep dying
Hey there guys, so my pajero has been doing wierd stuff. Recently I replaced the turbo, and fixed leaking problems but it seems during the time it was sitting in my driveway something happened, the batteries keep dying. My pajero has two batteries, not sure which is the accessory and which is the st...

Re: More 4m40 oil leaks
thank you for the help, I will check it out sometime. The leak was not severe. I am not noticing anymore oil loss since I patched it up, to be more specific the leak was located directly behind the thermostat. Also I should mention I have a timing chain not belt

Re: More 4m40 oil leaks
also because the engine was leaking from the timing cover while it was running, the fan blew all the oil onto the side of the block rather than on the hoses or belts

Re: More 4m40 oil leaks
Pajero is fixed! it was indeed the timing cover. I couldn't pull it off though because I would have to take the pushbar off, then the bumper, then the skid plates, and finally the radiator just to reach a tiny little leak coming from the very top corner of the timing cover. I ended up just using a t...

More 4m40 oil leaks
So I've had my pajero for 5 years and never had any problems, then as soon as I hit 200,000kms all hell breaks loose and suddenly I have a blown turbo, a bad injection pump, the head cracked a little while ago, etc. Anyways that's all solved but now I have another huge oil leak in the front of the e...

What turbo does my pajero have?
Hey guys so I made a thread a little while ago about rebuilding my turbo. Anyways my dad decided to torque the shaft and snapped it in half. So now I either need a new turbine or a whole new turbo, but the question is which one do I get? Everyone says the 4D56 uses the TD04 while the 4m40 uses a TF0...
