Water pump replacement bolts
I think hes talking about the water pump having three different lengths of bolts (and two different hardness levels / torque specifications) and what would happen if you use the wrong bolt in the wrong location. I cannot answer the question though as I am no expert.thelazygreenfox wrote:can you be more specific?

A correct voltage doesn't mean the batteries are putting out enough amps under load. Best to get them load tested at a battery centre.

No black smoke when I was trying to takeoff.. I turned the wheel back and it feels good again. EGT's climb a bit higher now but I think my 2.5 inch exhaust offsets it. I thought I would be able to see the wear marks you mentioned when I did it again, but I could not find anything. I did see a bit of...

Just did this mod, but now it feels very unresponsive starting from a dead stop, which may be worsened when it is cold. Like I can put my foot to the floor and nothing happens until is slowly gets to higher rpm/boost. When moving, everything seems ok/slightly better power. Did i mess up an accelerat...

Wastegate Acutator Broken - 5 PSI of Boost Max
UPDATE: I double checked that I could pull on the actuator rod and it did have some give, so I decided to see if I could adjust the actuator (non adjustable type). Took it off the vehicle and used a few vice grips to bend top bend back a bit more and then bend the 2nd bend back so it would straighte...

I have a front left (rear clip) broken clip. How much will I have to remove just to get at that one spot?

I use that filter. It fits. I don't have any comments on performance though.

Core Charge Question - Dual Piston Brake Upgrade
Just finished this upgrade and it feels great!. Still need to do four of the five steel braided lines though (rusty parts are not fun at all). How does it work with a core charge when you are not returning the same type of caliper? Also, if anyone is planning on doing the brake line upgrade, I have ...

Wastegate Acutator Broken - 5 PSI of Boost Max
I just installed a boost gauge and was hitting 5 psi max. I checked the wastegate and the actuator had it stuck open. I then wired the wastegate shut and was hitting plenty of boost. So now I have to fix the actuator. 1. Should I be able to push and pull the rod by hand? (I can't) 2. If yes, then I ...
