Checked the glow plugs (pulled them out and hooked them up to the battery one at a time, they lit up perfectly :-D ) so at least I didn't fry those. After the 2 relay clicks put the gearshift into reverse or neutral, then back into park. Then try cranking again. I get no crank every 20 starts or so. The gear shift change remedies that. I think its something to do with me parking on an incline. Might solve your issue. Good luck. Thank you. Mine ...

Gents, Just repaired my multifunction switch today. I cleaned it and used dielectric grease on the contacts. Bad thing is that didn't fix it.
