They are allowed, if they are 25 years old.

Hi guys. Looking to buy my first Delica ! Super excited. I am currently looking to buy and L400 cargo 1996 4d56 2.5L TD. I want to use it as my daily drive. I have to moove a lot for work contract during summer and it's not rare that i sleep in the car or that I need to moove lots of stuff for work....
