Re: DELICA REPAIRS IN VICTORIA BC
Hey, Glen and his crew know these vehicles inside and Out as well as see many of them day in and day out. That kind of experience in knowing how to properly Set up the timing belts and seals in particular is not Something I would be too keen to delegate to a shop That only works on these particularl...

Re: Propane injection & Bypass oil filter
I’m not willing to risk damaging my engine for any reason so am being pretty conservative with all this and at current settings the “rocket” effect is far less dramatic. In fact it’s not violent at all - but is distinctly noticeable Sounds like an approach that reflects my budget restraints, carry o...

Re: Propane injection & Bypass oil filter
I got immediate "pinging" and high EGT's along with the kick in the pants. What does your info sheet say to do? The way too many internet pages I have read on something as cool as this that I have never ever seen in person, says to start small with flow then increase until just starts pin...

Re: Electrical: ac blower

Re: Front Wheel Arch Modifications to Stop Rubbing
Hey, Just peen and whack and smack it flush(ish) Then coat it with some rubbery tenacious product. I would not cut it a little or a lot, Partly for structure and partly for water tightness. You will feel wrong hammering on it at first, Then you will see you did a decent job after Which you will wond...

Hey,
Sweet!
I am not quite as diligent a lurker these days but caught this post!
Very very happy to hear you are greasing it down the highway
and that snowball is still treating you right.
Right "Fn" On!

Re: Do you think I should add some flair or not?
Hey, What about shortening up the red stripe to be equal with the white part or just using the black part. Also what about just using the "rally///art" part and putting it in front of the Mitsu symbol then it wont take away from the "power channel" along the rocker panels. Seems ...

Re: slow to the party
Hey, Sweet deal hopefully! Would be a smart move to get the cooling system And timing belts looked at soon. Might have been done already but probably not. A bit of maintenance goes a long long way on the 4d56 engines. I have talked to many folks that got a Cheap ride than an expensive new head. Do n...
