Synthetic Oil Questions
I just purchased some Rotella 5w-40 Synthetic Oil for my next oil change. I thought this would be better for winter driving starting etc. Where I live it, it's only below -15 for less than 2 weeks of the winter at most. My mechanic warned me to use only 15w-40 , whether it's synthetic or not. I have...

2 Free Tires
I have 2 BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A 30X9.50X15LT tires in my storage. They still have pretty good tread left on them. They came with my van when I purchased it so I'm not even sure if they are legal on Canadian roads?
If anyone needs them let me know.

Re: why are my guages kicking in and out?
I also have this problem. But it only happens on cold mornings so far. In the afternoon, when I start it after work is over the guages always seem to work. Strange, probably just a loose connection somewhere that's affected by humidity or something??? Let me know what you find out. Thanks!

Trip to Japan
I just purchased a 1993 Delica. It is great shape and I am really looking forward to taking it hiking and camping this summer. Next month I will be making a vacation to Japan and I am wondering if anyone has some good ideas for things I could purchase while I am there that might help me servicing th...

Re: Delica basics
I think I drove past you this weekend and honked! Anyways, I passed a Delica parked on the side of the road near Kimberly. My suggestion is to find someone who can read Japanese and read all the little stickers near or around the engine. When I bought mine the seller told me I need to replace the ti...
