Hey Gang,
I need to drop in a new (single) battery, and I was wondering if anyone has a recommend for an easily available make/model?
I have tried searching the forums, but there are a LOT of posts that mention "battery" and "replacement" :)

Where to go for Load Bars for L300 High roof
Hello Folks, I'm looking to fabricate a custom roof rack for our '92 L300 high roof Crystal lite, but I'm not sure we have the skills to make secure and firm-fitting load bars. Our strategy right now is to see if we can find a set of three load-bearing mounting bars, and then build our rack onto tho...

Re: Dash Lights / Wiring / Logic
I agree, Falco. I no longer suspect the combo lever, as that switches all of the dash lights to an on/off state, whereas my problem is a partial lights on/off, so I assume the fault is somewhere where the power distribution splits to the various bulbs, rather than the switch that activates power to ...

Re: Dash Lights / Wiring / Logic
There are a set of railroad tracks in my neighborhood that, when driven over, would randomly kill or rectivate my dash lights......

Re: Dash Lights / Wiring / Logic
I haven't taken this on yet... the problem is intermittant, and right now the lights work.
I have tried jiggling the lever a bit to see if anything happens, but no result.
I guess I'm taking the steering wheel off then!
(scary)
Excellent tutorial though, Thanks!

Re: Dash Lights / Wiring / Logic
Oh Dear!
I guess it's one of these four rather interesting looking connectors....
I'm just going to hope I can re-seat the connectors and all will be fine...

Dash Lights / Wiring / Logic
Hey Folks, My main instument panel doesn't light up anymore. However, all of the rest of the dashboard lights, including the warning lights, button and switch clusters, as well as the centre pod still work as they should. This probably indicates a lack of continuity at a certain specific point in th...

Re: A/T Temp Warning
Nearly a month later, the warning hasn't popped up again.
I'll still keep an eye on it, but everything still seems normal.

PSI - Yokohama Geolanders - Summer Highway Driving
For the folks out there running Yokohama Geolanders on your L300s, what pressure do you recommend for summer highway driving, mixed with light-moderate trail driving?
Thanks!

A/T Temp Warning
Two weeks ago I got a A/T temp light on after about an hour of running errands. All city driving, no extra load or towing, and all at less than 80kph. The Tranny's performance was not noticably different at any time prior to the A/T temp warning. The next day I checked the fluid, both level and colo...

Helping out your local garage..
I'm looking to craft a relationship with my local garage here in Saskatoon, as they seem like great people, and I'd like to support them. How could I make it easier for them to source parts and get information on the Delica? Would it be easier for them if I suggested a BC shop to source parts, or is...

Re: Cold Weather Starts on a 93 or later L300
Thanks Manitoba - I'll use that as my guide! but any other tips are more than welcome! One of the reasons I was looking for info on late 93 and newer models is that for me, there is no second click. There is that initial click when I turn the key; then after 4-7 seconds, the light goes off and there...

Cold Weather Starts on a 93 or later L300
A recent thread has got me thinking how the cold weather starting techniques might be different on a 93-or-newer L300, and I haven't been able to find a lot of info. There is no hand throttle.. Is there some sort of automatic choke, or do I need to manually engage it somehow? My latest attempts to s...
