Re: Shifter button stuck
I JUST had this exact problem, made me late for work one day. Looked it up here and only found 2 posts on the subject. And it may very well be what the others are saying it is, as I am NO mechanic! For me, it was a small white clip that holds a cable located down by the brake pedal. On the LEFT side...

Re: Lights issue. Need help!
Been working on the problem this morning (before I checked for any replies to my post).. I'm still new to some (probably very basic) information on the Delica. So I double checked to make sure there's only one bulb in the tail lights.. duh. Only one bulb in the "red" zone. So I then looked...

Lights issue. Need help!
Hi fellow Deliconians (Delicans.. Delicites.. sp?) Anyways, I am having an issue with my girl and Can't figure out what's going on. A little bit ago, my dash lights started turning off intermittently, sometimes working and sometimes not. Turns out my running tail lights were doing the same thing. A ...

L300 oil filter NEEDED for pickup in Okanagan area
I'm in bad need of a L300 oil filter. Something came up and I have to drive to Sask, leaving Friday, and I need to get a filter before that. If someone in the Okanagan area has one that I can buy and pickup, (I'm in Vernon) I would greatly appreciate it as time is of the essence!! Please PM me if yo...

Re: Let's see your sleeping arangements inside your Delica!
SketchUp file for model. Things may not be exactly 100% on all spacing (esp drawers) as I don't have measurements for rollers and everyone might want to use slightly different ones.
Hopefully someone can use this for their own purposes.

Re: Let's see your sleeping arangements inside your Delica!
We have a very basic setup right now, basically a split sheet of plywood on poles. LOL. But this is my mockup for what I WANT to see in there. I have no skill working electrical, and I would love to have some solar, outlets, and a inverter, but not 100% necessary. I used a 3D model program to create...

Re: CADA Seeking federal ban on RHD imports in Canada!
Theres people in BC who are driving around without insurance from ICBC (the monopoly) because the MVA doesn't mention the previously existing right to travel. The right to travel means that you can use any means of transportation to get from point A to point B. There's youtube vids of police encount...

Re: Expensive Parts at Japanoid
I feel for you in regards to parts. Some give great service and others don't have patience. On another note Dennis_Lambert Can you please stop entering all these threads with the thought of trying to sell to people. We know you have a business and thats good. But don't always be trying to sell sell...

Re: CADA Seeking federal ban on RHD imports in Canada!
My understanding is BC is one of the few places you can change lanes in an intersection. That being said it has to be safer changing in one direction in LHD and in the other direction in RHD. Actually, (if you're in BC) have a look next time you're coming up to an intersection. When the white divid...

Vernon Delicas
Yesterday I saw 4 Delica's in Vernon. Don't know if any of them are on here. 1. Regularly parked or driving around Valhalla Pure outfitters. VERY nice Delica, lots of roof racks, excellent shape. 2. Vernon Chimney cleaners, saw you near the Anderson/Hwy97 intersection. 3. White L400, (can't remember...

Re: Odd ticking...
From what I understand, it's supposed to do that. First tick ~ wait three seconds (or so); second tick ~ turn the engine over; and after the engine has started the glow plugs still do a little work to ensure that cylinders are warm enough, no? Yep, that's what my bus has done since I bought it... O...
