I totally disagree with you. In Ontario there is NO requirement for E coded headlights - we had the Delica inspected and it passed with no problems. Secondly - why change all of the items you mention when they are in as new condition - ???/ The expansion bottle??? The rotors??? The shocks???? Whu do...

Yes, have the original owners manauls, stamped service book by Mitsubishi Dealer in Japan and the copy of the original export certificate - it is licensed and registered in Ontario.
