Re: Steering adjustment?

Delica's don't have steering box,it's rack and pinion and as far as I am aware are not adjustable,I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong !!!

Mick.
PS I think there is a coupling joint or 2 on the steering post (can be seen from below ) may be flogged out ???.

Re: Squeal on turns apparently from front of Delica

if it happens on very smooth surface like concrete it usually indicates toe/in toe/out or camber needs adjusting a wheel alignment may be in order........good luck.

Re: Removing rear drum brake cover

hi Steve, once wheel is removed a few gentle taps with a rubber mallet should get it off, unless the hub is badly worn in wich case you may need to back off the self adjuster a couple of turns.......good luck.

Re: Rear End

Hi Muzzy, the power steering reservoir is located behind the drivers seat, slide it forward and tilt the backrest forward as well, lift the carpet and you will see the panel held by a wing bolt, undo bolt lift panel and all will be revealed.........good luck.

Re: Clunk / Bang From Front End - During Reverse

check the lower suspension arm fulcrum bolt for adjusting the camber, the nut has a tendency to work loose and it needs to be really tight, make sure you hold the bolt as you torque the nut otherwise you will put your camber out, this solved the front end clunk on my Deli and it's never clunked since.....
