Blending veggie won't hurt but I think you first need to have your engine within specs just like djjack pointed out, sounds like it isn't...

I always do my aircare on 100% veggie and get great results, but my trucks are well tuned ;)

Here's how I set up my valves. Obviously, the default valves position is not powered while on diesel (so if you loose power to them you're not stucked on wvo). If you plan on using an inline fuel pump I'd move the Wvo return line between the supply valve and the IP so that left over oil blends in wi...

Use the paste instead of the tape... When tape breaks down (and it will) small pieces can make their way to your IP, not good. I've seen JB weld used with great success in some applications.

So if your IP leaks it will let air in your system and will give you rough start in the morning sometimes with white smokes and will run better after a few minutes of driving... Am I on the right track?

I'd be curious as well to know how much larger of a tank could be fitted at the rear. Maybe 120L? Only issue would be added weight behind the rear axle and maybe some lost clearance although that could be addressed with a sloping tank. As for price I'd guess anywhere from $500-900.

How does it idle in gear while on diesel? And is it mostly low rpm in early stage or same with engine fully warm up? A very small air leak in your system could cause this issue.
