Thanks Growlerbearnz. The noise is coming from outside the vehicle. Near the wheels/axel. It's quite loud.

When I turn the wheel a certain way the noise stops, but it's pretty much there the entire time Im driving. It's a scratchy/friction sound. I bought some gen...

Re: 1990 L300 Green 4WD Indicator On Dash Staying On?
I just noticed the green drive train light (looks like drawing of wheels/axles) coming on after I put the key in. It goes away after I start the engine. Any idea why this is showing up right now?
Thanks!

No I dont think a boost would help. Batteries are brand new. And my van is parked in my driveway which would make it hard to get anothr car close to it :(

Re: Van Suddenly Won't Start...please advise.
So Im pretty much hopeless when it comes to diagnosing problems with my deli. I took all the advice on this board, but am still unsure what the problem is. I checked all the connections and wiring and everything seems ok. One connection to the battery has some frayed wires so I think I will replace ...

Van Suddenly Won't Start...please advise.
Van has been running like a dream until I went to start it the other morning and got nothing when I turned the key over. Batteries are less than a year old and I just had the alternator rebuilt. Re: Another exhaust question: flange size/downpipe/DIY?
Thanks Mr. Flibble.
It's not quite the same procedure..but it was helpful to see. It would be nice to have a step by step for the side exhaust, so I can really see if it's something we can undertake. If anyone has done it themselves, I would love to hear about it.

Re: Another exhaust question: flange size/downpipe/DIY?
I know this is an old thread..but I was just wondering how hard this to do yourself if you have all the parts. My girlfriend is actually welder and pretty handy so I was curious if this could be a DIY project or is better left to the professionals?
Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers!

Re: Help..Electrical or Fuse Problem??
Thanks guys. I have the manual but the diagrams are hard to read. Ill have to find a circuit diagram then. The stereo thing makes sense to me and I think it actually was done poorly because I had to disconnect the amp awhile ago cause it was shorting out. Hopefully I can figure this out. Not having ...
