Front Brake Pads Part Numbers: 1992 Pajero

Raybestos PG349C
Wagner PD349
Wagner MX349
Wagner ZX349

The above is based on 1991 Montero.

I went with the Wagner PD349 ThermoQuiet Ceramic as it was well priced.

Re: Will Biodiesel help pass Aircare??

Thanks for the input guys, I am going to start with a tuneup. By checking timing I am assuming it is Injection Pump timing. I plan to do the Seafoam before I retest. I thought biodiesel would reduce emissions. It smoked a lot more when I passed. After replacing some head parts, it smoked a lot less,...

Will Biodiesel help pass Aircare??

Took 1992 Pajero (EGR blanked) to Aircare and Failed at 40% Opacity. Previous 2years ago, was 4.45% without EGR blanked off. Will biodiesel help me pass? And at what % is recommended? I do not wish to do any mods, just pass aircare, then run it on diesel. It recently had a new head gasket and guide ...

1992 Pajero 2.5 LWB: Source for Top Radiator Hose(s)

Need a top radiator hose. Where can I source one?
Will Montero hose fit? Ours are diesel, Montero is gas.
Also the hoses on the firewall may be required.

Thanks for any info.

Rubber Brake Hose - Rear Middle One over top of rear axle.

Hi guys, I need someone to confirm that this rubber brake hose can be crossed referenced with a Montero. I have a 1992 Pajero. Are the end fittings the same. I am concerned that one is metric and one is SAE. Can I get these at NAPA or Lordco?

Thanks for your input.

Hesitation after decelerating, rattling noise and smoke.

I have a 2.5 TB. When I decelerate then press the gas pedal I hear a rattling noise under the hood and the truck slows and puffs out smoke when I press gas and when it clears its's throat it goes again. Sorry for the vague description, but that is the best I can describe it. EGR Valve Fuel Pump Seal...

Re: Location of Low side port on A/C for 1992 Pajero.

Located on the compressor. Black cap is low side, unscrews horizontally. Red cap is high side, unscrews vertically. My nipple is not retrofitted so I assume it is r12 freon.
Hope this helps someone.

Location of Low side port on A/C for 1992 Pajero.

I have a 1992 Pajero 4 door. Can someone post the location of the low side port on the A/C. I also want to know how I can tell if it is R12 or R134a in the system. I have read it is on the compressor but I cannot see it. Also I took the grille off and can see the sight glass but no high /low ports. ...
