That is very strange. Are you referring to the tailshaft seal?

I recommend teeing in a boost gauge and checking for proper boost under load. I think it should be around 11 psi. You can Tee into the line that runs from the turbo side to the top of the pump. It's the line for the pressure diaphragm. Might as well permanently install a boost gauge. K Sent from my ...
