These ones are,in the best case, 'only' 20 years old. Finding a '86 or '87 pop-top will be very hard and they will be old look delica without the 4d56.

700ml of oil for 3500km is perfectly normal. Oil consumption can be as high as 1L/1000km max. under severe driving condition and 1L/1500km max. under normal driving condition, following the specification from the lubrication chart coming from Mitsubishi shop manual.And 5w-30 is not the best oil for ...

Problem found.The water drain plug was not air tight.So lot of air was entering in the system.
I replace the water sensor assembly and now all is ok.

Check your coolant temperature sensor,the one with two wire on it,just beside the number one glow plug.Maybe when you change glow plugs,you disconnect it,move the connector or something.

The problem is back! We had a first night at around zero degree celsius and the misfires are back again.Start like new but after 30-60 seconde, cough begins.After that,all is ok,runs really well.
Probably it's time to rebuild the pump...

Mine is alright but i change the switching of the lift pump.Now the signal for the relay is coming from the glow plugs.So,when glow plugs works,the pump works.
