Full length roof basket must... *whimper* ... go
Hello all. This hardy basket was built originally to carry six people luggage for the trip of a life time, Victoira to Sayulita Mexico. Then it was just four of us. Donations were made and the rack was comissioned. Now... we are flying and the rack is no longer paying for itself. It is out there for some lucky person for $1200.00
It features a removable bar that locks in place with a pin that creates space for jerry cans or milk crates and has a security cord (heavy duty) that is welded to the frame that can be locked to or locking down most anything. A bank of lights (very bright on the front and lights on the sides for your night time crawling or setting up camp as well as back up lights. All lights are removable if desired. The rack was built by and can be modified, if you ask nicely, by Noel at Enviroimports. He is great to work with and full of ideas.
P.M with any questions

To my knowledge it would fit on your van, assuming that the low roof Delica has rain gutters. The thing is tho that it will sit quite high. I will do some inquiring for you about low roof mounts.

Yes it would (low roof, P25's, have same width rain gutters), but it would sit 8-10 inchs, empty air space, above your roof. Noel might be willing to exchange low roof mounts for the high roof mounts?

You could have a spoiler built for the front, just to direct the air over the basket instead of under it.

I would be open to buying the high racks off ya, if that will help you sell the rest of that over-the-top-pretty-much-heirloom quality canadian crafted end all b all (that I have seen) roof basket!
I have the cristal-roof and I don't want to mess with the view but would like to have the option of eating lunch with sumo wrestlers on top of my deli if I so choose. (attempt at cleverness, they are STRONG racks)

I agree with you in that many problems are due to lack of spoilers(and ladders).
Right On

Patty, it is expanded aluminum. All parts are aluminum except for the Bolts.

the mounts that I have on the van right now can be altered/modified for a very reasonable cost to fit a low roof van.

Hey yall, hope all is well after the holiday season. Its been swell for the van. Just got back from Manning Park up past Hope. Beautiful and snowy. Road conditions were a little sketchy on the way up Dec 29 but 4X4 kept us out of trouble instead of getting us further in as it sometimes does.
Hope nobody minds too much but just wanted to put it out there that this beautiful roof basket is still available.
