I just have to say this is all Jesse`s fault.
All his talk of air lockers got me thinking.
Since the intercooler is now all sorted, I spent this week installing a complete compressed air system in the van.
Being a truck mechanic, sourcing the tank, #4 plastic air lines and fittings was easy. any truck shop has all this.
the superflow compressor and pressure switch came from northshore offroad. the pressure switch turns on the relay that powers the compressor, at 85 psi, and off at 105.
Now dropping tire pressure for more traction will be an option. the yellow curly hose plugs in a bunch of different spots so I can easily reach all 4 tires.
Just behind the passenger seat is a blowgun which will make cleaning the dust and pineneedles easy.
And the main reason, LOCKERS of course.

Holy Molasses!
Two Questions 4 ya!
I just want to know what kind of toothbrush you are using on your engine and what is on the other end of end of the cantelever extend-o- gate in the third pic beside the compressor(either a shaving mirror or a boxing glove!) ?
Amazing Work man!
Also what product did you use on your tank/rear dif/leafs ,judging by the great lengths you have gone to with your other pursuits it is no doubt some worthy of mention product.
I am still stunned by the intercooler project thing garyo and now this!
There is only so much a guy can take!
Right on!

That is awesome! Maybe I could lend you my van for a month or two and just see what happens.

DelicaMark,
That would be a bad idea, you'd get it back with a bunch of parts missing And Garyo's van would be sporting them!
Garyo, do you just paint over the dirt to keep her that clean looking?
