Best collision avoidance would be a type of quantum exclusion field where one vehicle would exist as a particle and the other existing as a wave in the event of collision and then depending on the observer of the crash then the vehicles either did or did not crash...

Better illustrated by the Copenhagen interpretation in regards to complimentarity I would say.
