New D5 unconverted

Just bought a 2007 delica d5 4x4 in Vancouver. Looking to set up a bed in it, hoping to keep two of the back seats. Anyone have tips on that? Something you’ve done that’s successful? Also, it has a Japanese Panasonic head unit cn-hds700td that, from my research, won’t work here. Anyone have leads on getting/installing a new head unit? Ideally, I’m looking for something with Apple CarPlay.
