Hi Falco
This site is complex and has a lot of good information and discussion items. Many different vehicles are covered with people and vehicles from numerous areas over a long period of time. I'm still learning to work my way round the site. What you, Mark and Falco have accomplished is amazing.
To use any complex site requires patience and a lot of time screening out what you don't want. The search engines prove to be taxing because the original info is entered by lay people in their own format. Trained technical writers are few and far between and don't have open discussion in their manuals so this doesn't work either. Idealy it needs be rewritten so the format stays the same throughout the various Delica sites round the world. Can you imagine.....
"It's perfect but it will have to do" covers it all.
Thanks for your time and devotion to Delica Canada. It's a pleasure to be here.

Re: Your Administration In Action.
I know this has been requested before but----- is it possible to put a time line on Delica Trader so that after a month or 2 the add is deleted as I know several of the old ones are long gone or their owner no longer uses the site. If they want to keep reposting then that's fine just get rid of the old clutter!! This may apply to the parts as well for "1 of" type items.
Another item that is back is the lack of PM notice if you use Hotmail and maybe others.
Have fun with the clean up and be careful if you need to open any " cans ". They might not contain what you expect.

*I'll point this out to Mark. DT is pretty much his gig but that sounds like a good idea.
Regarding Hotmail ~ I seem to remember some issue with them, I ended up getting a Gmail account and get notified immediately. Mark may be able to elaborate on this topic.
Thanks for the input, fella's. It's when ideas get passed around that the bounty of the club site treasure trove bolsters... or some such rot.

X2 for an anniversary date on ads. Way too much old stuff or worse the same ad posted multiple times.
same thing goes for parts. Lots of old sold stuff.
