Yes, after 13 years en route, 4 bad breakdowns in nowhere, more than 50 countries, 3 books in Spanish and 1 book in English (and many other good and bad things), we'll be sharing stories and showing our 4wd house on wheels at the front door of downtown Vancouver Library next tuesday from 9 to 18.30 hs. Later, at 19 hs. we'll do a presentation (in Spanish) with a projection of the best photos of our overland travels through Southern Europe, Middle East, Africa from Cairo to The Cape and all the Americas, from Tierra del Fuego to Deadhorse and Inuvik. "It’s been 13 years since Pablo Rey and Anna Callau left their sedentary lifestyle in Barcelona to drive around the world in a 4x4 van and become travelling writers. Since then they have crossed Europe, the Middle East and Africa from north to south and all America, from Tierra del Fuego to the Arctic Ocean, including several sea voyages in fishing boats and cargo ships. Along the way they have written three books in Spanish and one in English about their travels ("Around the World in 10 Years: The Book of Independence", available at Amazon) and countless articles for magazines like Overland Journal and Lonely Planet.
Pablo and Anna will be offering a unique, illustrated lecture at the Central Branch of the Vancouver Public Library before heading off towards their next destination."
