Um, I chose Sunday because it was either that or Saturday.

Look at it more as "the-weekend-including-Sunday-the-[insert date here]". As I stated, whichever day works best for Glen and John will be the day chosen. This is Glen's show, he just asked me to start a poll on the forum.

Just to let you know that taking ferry to Horseshoe Bay Sunday night vs. Saturday night are two big differences.

what's another 17 bucks for that glorious peace of mind known as a reservation?especially if you get to plan this far in advance!

This is not what I expected to hear but Sunday won't work and I bet it will be changed to Saturday eventually.

I wasn't trying to be rude Sergiy...tone isn't really conveyed too well in text, especially if you've never met someone...I'm just saying, in a hypothetical sense...if it happens to fall on a Sunday, the ferry is much easier to take when you don't have to worry about a labaryinthian lineup that snakes along the shores of glorious Nanaimo since you mentioned the difference between saturday and sunday..I could only assume it was a ferry traffic issue.

As with last year the day will be held on the saturday and then if we end up camping again overnight it gives everyone time to return home sunday.
Talking with John we are very keen to hold this event on the August long weekend which will give lots of travel time for everyone to get home after. might even make travel back to the mainland easier on the sunday as the most traffic would be on the monday ?? thanks, Glen

Am i welcome even though you are doing a "heart" transplant on mine? I am not sure I will make it anyhow, but i have been down a lot.
