Searching for single square front beam L300 owner

Hi, I did contacted a member here a few years ago (US guy I think) but cannot find the message...If you know this guy or can get me in contact, it will be appreciate.
Anywhay, I am loking to get parts number info on those L300 with single square headlights (look PDF attachment). Would need chassis type/number and VIN to make sure I get the right parts. I would also need some measurements before starting my project. Any year should be OK.
