You can check with rising sun. I know they fitted mine with one when I bought the van.

If you don't want the EGR you don't need to put in a blank - simply disconnect the vacuum hose that hose that engages it.

As an addition to Konadog's observation ~ put a machine screw into the end of the vacuum hose when you take it off.

Frost plug fits perfectly inside the EGR as well.
