I’m still here
Hi all. Just a quick note to say I’m still here, but first, my apologies to those who have tried to contact me over the last few years. About 7 years ago I took a break from everything non-essential in my life to focus on trying to save my marriage (I was unsuccessful) As I am rebuilding my life, I will try to get back into being a part of this community. So many good people on here. I’ll also try to reply to people in a more timely fashion. But a pm or email is probably the best way to reach me. Thanks to those who understand. I’ve still got a couple of my Delica’s (as well as a handful of other Rhd’s) and still messing with WVO. Looking forward to seeing who’s still here, and meeting some of the newer people. Thanks again. Jason

Re: I’m still here
Welcome back. The dissolution of a marriage is never easy. (Been there).
Strength to you, Deli-bro!

Good to see your back and maybe better than ever. I certainly remember your innovative WVO systems even though I never did go the WVO route. I also remember the sound advise you gave many of the group. Maybe you could add your name to the 10 year + list as I know there must be others that are still around that will be happy 'your back'. viewtopic.php?f=107&t=19673

Why Choose Web Tension Controller
In the process of uncoiling, technological processing, winding for the coil materials, tension must be maintained to prevent stretching, wrinkling, breaking, or inconsistent. Web tension control can improve uniformity, decreasing the incidence of rewind defects. Web tension controller enables the tension of the coil materials to be controlled for much higher speed operation of the production machine while reducing waste, improving the work efficiency greatly.
Web tension control is most commonly used in the processes of unwinding, intermediate, and rewind. Web tension should be controlled in the rewind and unwind and the coil materials must be controlled under certain tension in each process, which ensures the production process can be carried on correctly.
