I used my deli on my airfield to plow it. Plow was about 26 feet wide and the snow was 6 inched deep. Deli didn't even spin a wheel.

Your own airfield? Cool! Presumably you have an aircraft with which to use it.

LOL you must be the only person on here who doesn't know me. Yes I have an Airport, and yes my Delica has 6 wheels (only 4 when I made the video).

Well...pleased to meet you. I haven't been here very long, only since (I think) June, which was when I first started to discover the world of the Delica and its fans. I'm proud to be an owner and very much a fan myself, (as you might have figured out). So I'm likely the only person who doesn't know you yet. I am, however, a plane geek, even though flying is a dream that I'll never achieve.

Your six wheeled ride looks like summat you'd find on a lunar expedition. Well done!

Well this is like a doubble whammy site...... Deli's and Aviation!! Im an aviation nerd as well. I fly a citation CJ4 for a private owner out here in Alberta. Its good to know there are a few others that like the flying scene!

As I mentioned, I wish I could fly, but it's a pipe dream now...

What I do, though, is maintain landing aids at YQQ. And the Dalek, of course, has become my cockpit.

Flying lessons do not cost all that much. Most of my students are done in 4K or less. Don't lose your dream.

What's the upper limit on airplane size...C152?

This is food for thought...maybe down the line.

Better performance the a 152 but a little smaller.
