Window loose and wont close properly at speed
I have browsed the threads regarding this and have seen the window clips as in this thread:
http://www.delica.ca/forum/viewtopic.ph ... lose#p9343
But I am dealing with something different... Closing the doors with the windows down even the slightest they rattle around in the door ALOT. They also dont roll up right at highway speeds because of the inside/outside pressure (they dont align properly with the window track when they get to the top) I meant to tackle this a long time ago, and I'm positive I had a thread bookmarked from Delica.ca or delicaclub or MDOCUK but I cant find it! It involved removing the front door panels and tightening some of the screws on the frame that holds the window on the track. The thread had pictures and step by step instructions. How may of you have tackled this issue? Anyone have links to a good thread on the fix? TIA

Hmm. I know the thread you're talking about, but I can't find it either.
Here's "how to remove a door panel": http://www.delica.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?f=99&t=9976
Once inside there are a few bolts holding the front and rear channels in place, and the scissor mechanism. Loosening the bolts a little will let you adjust the position of the various components, though some of those bolts may have come loose already- look for marks in the paint where the bolts have been moving.
From memory you want to bring the glass to about halfway up, adjust the scissor mechanism so it's holding the glass straight and against the rear channel, and then adjust the shorter front channel so it's also aligned and against the glass.
Also you'll want to take photos so we can make another "how to align door glass" thread and put it in the reference library here

Nothing says "poor workmanship" more than wrinkles in the duct tape.

My windows also have this issue. Would love to see your fix.
Also, I've discovered that for closing the windows at highway speeds, you can open the sunroof while you do it, and it works. Somehow it equalizes the pressure that otherwise pushes the window outward.

Both of my windows have this issue. They won't close properly unless you're stopped and they rattle around when they are down and you close the door. I'm a musician and my musical partner is very rammy when riding in my van. H'es always slamming the door when shutting it and it drives me crazy!! Of course its not intentional, but one of these days he's gonna break the glass right outta the door.
Please post the fix once you've got it sorted:)
