I'd also be interested to know the price of one of these skid plates all formed up and ready to go for our automatic 1993 L300. Mitsumaple burned into the plate would be pretty slick too. Keep me posted as well.

Just in case you get fed up with waiting for enough people to get their act together for a group buy.

Had: 1991 Mitsubishi Delica L300 SuperExceed, heavily modified (totalled by a drunk driver)
Have: 2011 Acura CSX manual, lightly modified
Want: Mitsubishi Pajero Evo
That's awesome!!
Someone had a busy time doing all the drawings I recon, thank you so much for it!
Unfortunately over here in NZ, as well as in Europe, we don't use the imperial measurements and the workshops don't seem to be able to handle that.
When I hack the measurements into the calculator, converting inch to mm, I only get long numbers, which I suspect to add up to quite a big bad measurement.
Is there another way to convert those drawings into the metric system?
yeah, thats what I did
thing is, the deli is built using metric measurements, the bashplate is made using imperial sizes.
I'm afraid, if I convert it back again, it won't fit anymore :-/
so there likely is no easy fix for that but it was worth a try
I can crank out a metric version. I'll take me until the end of the week...stay tuned!
1993 Delica L300, SWB, LSD, Super Exceed with Crystal-Lite, mostly stock but it's got a digital EGT!!!
1995 Delica L400, LWB, Super Exceed with Crystal-lite, Airlift airbags, SS intercooler pipes, soon to be WVO
1997 Isuzu ELF 2.0Ton Crane truck, 4300cc diesel, NKR66E
Updated metric drawing, bend diagram and two DXF outlines for download below. One outline has a Mitsumaple and the other doesn't. The outlines are a 1:1 scale and can be submitted directly to a waterjet cutter. Recommended material is 5051 aluminum sheet, 3/16" or 5 mm thickness, hard anodized.

First - I want to thank you for sharing this with the community. We appreciate it!
Second, I have a clarifying question about the drawings. On the DXF file for L300 Auto there are 6 bends, but on the PDF profile there are 7 bends. Is the bend that is missing from the DXF file for the two tabs on the bottom?
I can't see DXF files on my tablet, but I fabricated mine using the PDF plans and it fit like a glove on the first attempt. Unless something is bent out of shape, the bend diagram is bang-on.
