help! need engine 4g64 w
i made a mistake by trying to make it home when radiator started to fail... warped head. no problem, i have replaced them before, but, i waited too long to tear it down. now cylinders are stuck. what should i do. need and engine or entire van... ??? thanks...

just wondering, how hard is it to replace engine? from top or bottom? anyone with experience? thanks

Can't help with the new engine, but swapping the old one out is fairly straightforward. It's done through the top, through the passenger door. Here's a writeup on swapping the diesel with pictures showing how it comes out. http://www.delica.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18559
Nothing says "poor workmanship" more than wrinkles in the duct tape.

Early 90s trucks. I believe you have to swap some things like manifolds.
