Want to replace my fuel filter; is it behind the battery?
Thanks,

Re: L400 fuel filter
it is right behind your overflow bottle but be REALLY careful around it as the little tabs get brittle and are prone to breaking. Might be easier to remove it and your intercooler and battery for easy acess

Re: L400 fuel filter
Do you have to do all this to drain the water from the filter? It looks like you do, but I thought I'd make sure there is no short cut before I took everything out.
BTW, what happens if you drive with the water in fuel light on for a long time? Will the filter clog, or will water get into the engine?
