Sorry for my ignorance , as I am a lowly 300 owner.

Is someone stealing headlight's from 400's?

That all depends on who you ask... theoretically it might be a possibility...

D.O.T. markings as far as i can tell are not etched but are instead raised bits of glass !! They are in the glass mold. So if they were etched it would look very noticeable i would think........

could be wrong.....
