Hey Oudbak welcome to the club. Lots of resources here on the L300. I have had parts shipped from out west (the Canadian Spiritual Home of Delica ) plus some stuff eg filters, shocks, lightbulbs are available from local shops. I have had good service with a local mechanic who was willing to work on my Deli. Good luck in your search.

Wow - and here I thought we were alone in Ontario.

My Wife and I would love to meet up with some other Delica owners this summer. We have an L300 Jasper edition that we picked up of a nice fella out in Barrie last August that came from Maximum Overdrive out West. Its been the best vehicle Ive ever owned. Had some slight issues but we corrected them with the information made available here on the board. Insurance was a pain but we got it squared away with a little hard work. We live in Kingston but have been all around South Ontario and upstate New York (so far).

Anyways - looking forward to seeing other Delica's (and their owners).

Indeed a meet up this summer would be awesome. Camping around lake Ontario in the prince edward county could be a real blast!

Hi. I'm stuck in Ontario with an L300 and no one willing to sell me insurance (see:http://www.delica.ca/forum/ontario-insu ... 11578.html.) I've tried the companies listed on the board - State Farm and Co-operators - and both have stopped writing these policies. Does anyone have the name of a broker who has successfully found them liability insurance in the last year? If so, who was the underwriter? I'd really appreciate some help with this.

EDIT- Managed to get some from Desjardins, after getting an appraisal. All is well.

psychedelica, any luck with the insurance yet? I've been watching this thread and hoping that it works out for you, as I'm planning on getting an L300 some time.
