The city of saskatoon does all their own work on the vehicles.
Funny thing is they bought them all from DnD imports where Im having
the fun. ;) (Guess that's why they do their own work)

FINALLY
The Delica is home.
Picked it up and drove it back.
Tranny / Clutch seems solid. Apparently it was something
to do with the Fork / in the clutch assembly.

I did notice on the way home I have a short somewhere with
my stereo. Once it got dark enough (thunderstorm) the lights
were dimming to the beat of the music. Turned off the stereo
and all was well.
(No, not an alternator thing.. already did that lol)
