Well we had a total of 13 vehicles show up today, 7 L300s, 2 L400s, 2 Safaris, 1 Prado, 1 Pajero. 10 from BC, 1 from Alberta, and 1 from Spain...

Thanks for organizing this. I was pretty wiped what with all the driving this week/weekend and ended up with my arms deep in a L300 wreck BUT it was a gorgeous day and the location was one of my favorite for a Delica Meet yet. I'm so glad we went. Please host another at the airstrip; maybe next time we can fire up the BBQ.
I recommend that the swap meet thing be a recurring theme in these meets. Great idea.

The airport is open anytime for a get together, If someone else wants to organize one. they nearly need tell me. Lots of room and the BBQ is always on the deck. Just had some Kabobs actually.

Great location and it couldn't have been a better timing for sunshine.
Thanks to all my "customers". I reduced my pile of delica parts and other stuff significantly

Hey Fexlboy, good to hear you managed to clear bunch of your gears even if I threw all my stuff in your van!
Glad I made it, meeting on grass instead of asphalt is a big bonus a well as the free oil filter!
Hey, 14 vehicles... there was the "other American" one that also showed up, canoes on the roof and big smile driving...

Man, I really wanted to be there. But boy was I ever ill yesterday. On the mend now. I agree that we should have another event like this soon. I can think of a few things that I would like to pick-up. One of which being a blanking plate. Hope to see you all soon.

Great meet, in the daylight, with sunshine and warm too! Christine brought ice wafers (cookies). Good free stuff, don't think anything sold but the ideas flowed. Arnold hosted the event and gave away parts from his 1/2 delica. Jay and Christine were on their way canoeing and Pablo and Anna were off to Alaska.
