July long weekend 2011 - maiden voyage with the tent trailer

So, we finally got our first opportunity to try out our new-to-us tent trailer this past July long weekend. We chose to stay kinda close to home (but far enough away from the gong show that is Funtastics), so we ended up going to the Fintry campground.
The trailer is a 2006 Jayco Jay Series 806 8 foot tent trailer that we spotted on Kijiji and picked up last month from Kamloops. In addition to the 3-way fridge, 2 burner indoor/outdoor cooktop and heater, the feature that sealed the deal for us was that this little trailer had the optional trailer brakes...sweet!
Anyways, here are a few photos from our first camping trip with the new trailer. There will be many more camping trips to come in the near future. No mountain passes for us until we get a boost and pyro gauge in the van though!

My first attempt at light painting...using my Petzl headlamp

A quick photo of the Delica hooked up to the trailer, while we stopped for breakfast on our way back home to Vernon
